Whilst updating our class blog last night, I began to wonder about the blog title:
Mrs Irvin and her little Munchkins
The children I teach are mostly now 11; am I babying them a bit? I decided that (although they are my little munchkins) a title of Year 6′s Blog would be more appropriate. The response I got was not the one of indifference I’d expected:
“Year 6′s blog? What? That could be anybody!”
“Why aren’t we your little muchkins anymore?”
“Change it back!”
Needless to say I will do so and, in future, will consult them about blog decisions.
